CHALLENGE

New construction of a 3-story research and laboratory facility in Dublin, CA. Provide design-assist services and installation of electrical, fire alarm, lighting, lighting control, branch power, emergency power while meeting the highest green energy and sustainability standards. An aggressive schedule due to important client move in dates, working within a fixed GMP.

SOLUTION

Collaboration with key stakeholders during the coordination phase led to early design innovation, implementation, and successful execution of the project plan during the Covid pandemic. The project was completed on time and within budget. Approximately 700 workspaces were phased over concluding months in compliance with COVID-19 precautions and state and federal regulations, bringing together hundreds of employees and key functions under one roof.
