CHALLENGE

Remodel an entire, existing 150-Unit, 6-Story Multi-use residential apartment building during a time when procurement of materials was extremely difficult.

SOLUTION

Upgrade to a new 2000-amp electrical service, PG&E infrastructure, site lighting, lighting and switchgear changes, and all-new electrical finishes. Red Top worked with the owner and general contractor to anticipate and trouble-shoot any potential/actual issues and challenges along the way. Acting as an integral part of the construction team enabled the project to be completed safely, on time, and on budget.
